The Course

Folk heroes walk the line between history and mythology. They may be legends but their roots are in real people or groups of people. We will explore a range of these heroes from around the world from the famous outlaw Robin Hood to the brave knight of Ukraine Ilya Muromets, the wise and hilarious Nasreddin to noble queen Moremi Ajasoro. These are exciting stories where heroes beat villains every time, although trying to work out who the hero is can sometimes be hard!
