This course tracks the Anglo-Saxons from their replacement of the Romans to their relationship with the Vikings. We will look at important rulers like Alfred the Great and at the way that normal people lived in Anglo-Saxon England. The Anglo-Saxons are a favourite topic for many schools at KS2 due to the depth of study that can be done around them and their important place in the history of England.
