The Aeneid is one of the greatest epic poems ever written. It charts the course of the hero Aeneas from his home in Troy to his new home in Italy. This story features gods, monsters and heroes and helps to explain the way the Romans saw themselves. Jake will tell this tale over six weeks with the customary five nuggets of knowledge each time.
